The hotel was easy to find and offered free parking, which was a plus. Reception staff were friendly, but the room was a bit dated and not properly cleaned. Some noise disturbed sleep, but overall, it was a decent stay with satisfactory breakfasts.

Good value for a family with kids
The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We woke up each morning to the smell of fried bread, something you just don’t get at home.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

Decent sized rooms with comfy beds. Convenient parking available right on site.
Room temperature control was a pain. it felt either too hot or too cold with those electric heaters. No evening catering options aside from a nearby restaurant, which was closed during my stay, limiting dining choices after hours. Some noise crept in from mechanical systems, likely from the boiler, making sleep a bit trickier than it needed to be. It could use some cosmetic updates as well.

Very friendly staff who helped with our bags.
The shower could only be set to extremes of hot or cold.

incredibly kind reception staff
I had such an awesome time! The staff were super nice, especially this guy named James who went out of his way to help me find my lost phone. He even jogged to the restaurant to get it back for me. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, too! Only thing was the wifi was kinda spotty at times.

The stay was just fine for our quick visit as we were in town for a concert nearby. The staff were helpful when we arrived, and we appreciated the clean room. Breakfast was decent with good full English options. The free parking was a nice perk. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit small, and there was some noise from outside at night.

We spent a nice evening at the Southampton City Golf Course nearby, enjoying the scenic views and fresh air. Our room was pleasant and spacious enough for our family, making it comfortable for our stay together with relatives.
My children wished for better amenities like extra towels and a safety mat in the shower.

The room was decent but a bit cramped. Beds were comfy, which was a plus, and it was clean overall. The lack of air conditioning made it tough with open windows, especially since there was a lot of noise from outside. Would have liked a better bathroom situation too. Got a family room, and it felt small for three beds. Not the best sleep due to those smells lingering inside.
